To check availability or book a chalet or campervan site, we recommend booking directly through our website which reflects our live availability. Our remote setting within a national park means accommodation options are limited and tables at Pio Pio Restaurant are also limited. Our chalets and campervan sites book months in advance, particularly during peak seasons. We strongly recommend booking well in advance.

For enquiries relating to reservations, dining at Pio Pio restaurant or Milford Sound activities, emailing us at bookings@milfordlodge.com is the best option. Our phone lines are open from 9 am to 6 pm, but high call volumes may mean we can’t always answer right away.

You can add activities like kayaking, boat cruises and day walking on the Milford Track when you book your accommodation. Or you can drop us an email and we can help you book your activity.

From November - March it is likely we are fully booked due to heavy demand and we don't operate a waitlist.
